We, again, welcome you to Mountain High Chapel for the conference. If you have questions or need anything be sure to track me, Ed, down. We want each one of you to feel comfortable and enjoy every minute you can in His beautiful creation.
You will have Saturday afternoon free to explore the area, take a nap or visit with old and new friends. There are many opportunities for the afternoon – golf in Evergreen– watch team cattle sorting at a nearby ranch – many scenic drives – hiking trails – fishing on the Platte River or Evergreen Lake. There will be more information on times of the events but ask Ed if you need to.
There will be offerings and you will be able to use a credit card or you can write a check and make offering checks out to MHC. Credit card giving will also be through MHC. A couple of the offerings will be designated for something specific. You will hear more about that in the meetings.
The cell service up here is pretty good so you should have no problems staying in contact with you family.
Other information:
+++If you are staying in the church basement or gym we will need you to get your belongings from those areas before church on Sunday morning as these are where there will be children’s church.
+++There are bears so please be careful. You can find them any time of day but it's hard to see them at night so if you are camping be extra watchful and careful.
